my driveway...kinda steep and COATED in a thick sheet of ICE, still...it's not going anywhere, just like me.
this was a truck coming to dump dirt on our tree-covered area of the road, that's still covered in ice...anyways it got stuck since we're on a hill and had to be towed.
i've been inside for a while now...seen no one since monday and it's getting pretty old. will be ready for matt to get home sat night!
oh no! i've been wondering what it looks like at your house... reading all of the dallas posts on fb! i had totally forgotten that you are flying solo this week. so sorry... what a bummer, my friend! i remember having a little bit of ice in dallas when i was pregnant. went to get groceries and ended up falling on my back. it's not worth it! smart of you to stay inside and keep warm. =) do you have netflix? ;-)
ReplyDeleteNo Netflix, but I have plenty to be doing on my to do list:) it's just nice to be able to not have to do those things ALL at once!!! I'll be fine, matt gets home in 2 days now and I have gotten a lot done! Just thankful that I have power and heat! Some don't around here cause they're doing rolling blackouts to try to conserve energy:/
